We use our own in-house team to produce the translations, which allows us to pay close attention to quality and speed of service. CHINAssist Translations does not use machine translation and every translated text is carefully reviewed by our in-house QA team. Our production facility is run by a British management team that is on location in China. We do not sub-contract any part of the translation process to other translation companies and we welcome any scrutiny over our tools, facilities, working conditions, green credentials and quality. Our state-of-the-art security system ensures that all materials are stored in an encrypted format and access is only granted to those employees who need it to produce the translation. We take our customers confidentiality very seriously, so we will never use e-mail to transfer files and access is tightly controlled and closely monitored.

CHINAssist’s translations are available exclusively through the Translizer Translation Procurement platform. We provide translations from English, Spanish, German and Russian into Simplified Chinese. Our areas of expertise include technology, electronics, chemicals, machinery, finance and ICT. CHINAssist Translations is designed to answer the needs of high volume business customers and our minimum order is 100,000 words.

CHINAssist operates exclusively in the high-quality translation market. We do not provide these so called single-cycle translations that do not go through an independent proofreading process. CHINAssist is proud to be the first and so far only translation company that has been third party certified with Translizer’s 5 quality stars for translations into Simplified Chinese. Our objective is to create texts that are ready to be published and cannot be identified as translations.
